Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
